- Submit your event to the website for the region where the event takes place. Events will be pushed into other schedules for the other regions as appropriate.
- There's no need to submit your event to more than one region's website.
- Provide as much information as possible, especially in the description (the 'copy' section at the bottom of this form).
- Upon approval, your event will appear in the events schedule for the region you submitted to, and any others when applicable.
- If you have an entry form, poster, waiver, or information of this type please upload a pdf version in the pdf section below.
- Photos should be horizontal. They will be automatically cropped otherwise.
- Have more than one phone number, email address, etc? Just click the add button () and a new blank field will be created.
